These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by SAHA Tech Oy (Business ID: 3410604-9). In this document, we refer to SAHA Tech Oy as “SAHA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

By using or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and commit to complying with them. We reserve the right to modify delivery terms and pricing.

1. General

SAHA Tech Oy provides personalized sports and fitness coaching services and expert content to individuals in Finland and internationally through a web platform and/or mobile application.

In addition to online coaching, we offer selected in-person coaching services.

These Terms apply to the use of our services and purchases made through our online store.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Account Creation and Security

Use of SAHA’s services and digital materials requires the creation of a personal user account.

You are responsible for:

• All activity conducted under your account

• Keeping your login credentials confidential

Do not share your account credentials with others. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

The service is intended for personal use only.

4. Service Description

SAHA provides personalized sports and fitness coaching tailored to the athlete based on their information and goals.

Selected in-person coaching services are also available.

Digital services are delivered after account creation and submission of required health information.

For in-person coaching, detailed instructions regarding time, location, and other relevant information are provided in the order confirmation.

5. Ordering Services

Services can be purchased by adding them to the shopping cart on our website and completing payment at checkout.

By placing an order, you accept these Terms, pricing, and delivery conditions.

If you provide an email address at checkout, you will receive:

• Order confirmation

• Purchased services and pricing details

• Login credentials

• Necessary service materials

Additional service-related communications may also be sent via email.

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe Inc., a trusted international payment provider. Payment details are encrypted and handled securely.

Transactions will appear on your bank statement as “SAHA Tech Oy” or “Stripe”.

SAHA is the seller and is responsible for service delivery, quality, and related obligations.

Stripe supports:

• American Express

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Online banking (depending on region)

• Buy now / pay later services (e.g., Klarna)

7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may manage your subscription by logging into your account or contacting customer support.

8. Service Delivery

Digital coaching services begin after registration and submission of required information.

Instructions and materials are delivered via email after purchase.

Service-specific conditions are provided at the time of purchase.

Clear instructions are provided for in-person coaching regarding time and location.

All services are delivered according to the selected plan.

9. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, SAHA offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and apply only to active services (e.g., remote coaching or active service packages).

Used or expired services are not eligible for refunds.

10. Cancellations and Unused Sessions

Orders may be canceled before service delivery by contacting us via email.

Camp and event cancellation policies are communicated per event. Generally, cancellation is free of charge up to one week before the event.

Services missed due to accident or illness may be transferred to other SAHA services within six (6) months without additional cost.

In-person coaching sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged at full price.

11. Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, unless service delivery has already begun with your consent.

12. Medical Disclaimer

SAHA’s content is intended for sports, fitness, and educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice.

If you have health limitations, we strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting a new training program.

13. Limitation of Liability

SAHA is not liable for injuries, health consequences, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

Use of services is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Service Responsibility and Interruptions

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate accident and sports insurance. SAHA does not provide insurance coverage.

All training is conducted at the customer’s own risk based on the information provided.

SAHA is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Technical failures

• Force majeure

• Coach unavailability

While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee full compatibility across all technical environments.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if necessary. Customers will be offered a refund or alternative implementation.

SAHA may remove a customer from services without refund in cases of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

SAHA may modify or discontinue services and update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All materials—including videos, programs, texts, and graphics—are the property of SAHA Tech Oy and protected by copyright.

Materials are for personal use only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Prohibited actions include:

• System interference

• Unauthorized distribution

• Copyright infringement

SAHA may restrict access in case of violation.

SAHA may record photo and video material during coaching or events and use it for service development and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

16. Personal Data and Privacy

Use of services requires providing personal data necessary for service delivery (e.g., program creation).

Personal data is stored in SAHA’s systems and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Customers may review and update their data through the online service.

Accurate and up-to-date information is essential for service quality.

Customers may opt-in to marketing communications and withdraw consent at any time.

Order and service-related messages are not considered marketing.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Disputes shall primarily be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Consumers also have the right to submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
