Terms of use and service

These Terms of Use apply to all services offered by SAHA Tech Oy (Business ID: 3410604-9), referred to in this document as “SAHA,” “we,” or “our”. SAHA’s registered address is Ruosilantie 7 C, 00390 Helsinki, Finland. By accessing or purchasing any of our services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

 

1. General

SAHA Tech Oy (“SAHA”) offers personalized sports coaching services and expert content internationally through its online platform and/or application. In addition to online coaching, we also provide select in-person coaching services. These Terms govern the use of our services and the purchase of services through our online store. 

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access coaching services or digital materials, users must create an account. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your login credentials secure. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. 

 

4. Service Description

SAHA’s services include digital coaching plans—such as personalized video workouts, written content, and expert messaging—tailored to your sport and individual goals, as well as select in-person physical training sessions. Digital services are delivered after account registration and submission of relevant training or health information, while physical sessions are arranged with clear instructions regarding time, location, and preparation. 

 

5. Ordering Services

SAHA’s services can be purchased by adding items to your cart on the website and completing payment at checkout. You accept these Terms, pricing, and delivery conditions upon placing your order. If you provide an email address, you will receive an order confirmation and any required service credentials via email. The order confirmation includes details of the purchased services and prices. We may also send other necessary information related to the customer relationship, such as login credentials and service materials. 

 

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a global and trusted payment provider. Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely, and transactions will appear as SAHA Tech Oy or Stripe on your statement. 

The contract of sale is between the customer and SAHA. SAHA is responsible for the delivery, quality, and any related obligations regarding purchased services. 

Stripe supports payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, online bank transfers (where applicable), and buy now/pay later services such as Klarna, depending on your location.

7. Subscriptions and Renewals

If you purchase a recurring service or subscription, it will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting customer service.  

 

8. Delivery of Services

Coaching services are delivered digitally once the customer has provided the necessary personal information and logged into the SAHA coaching platform/application. Instructions and materials are sent via email. The specific terms for each service—such as remote coaching, multi-session passes, or physical sessions—are presented at the time of purchase. For physical sessions, we provide clear instructions on time, location, and preparation. All services are delivered as agreed based on the selected plan. 

 

9. Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your coaching service, SAHA offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may request a refund in writing for active services such as remote coaching or multi-session passes. Completed or expired services are not eligible for retroactive refunds. 

 

10. Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Orders can be canceled before delivery by emailing us. 

For training camps and other events, cancellation terms are provided in the event information. Typically, participation can be canceled up to one week before the event without cost. Customers who are unable to use services due to injury or illness may transfer unused sessions to other SAHA services within six (6) months at no extra cost. 

Training appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations will be fully charged. Please remember to cancel in advance if you can’t attend. 

 

11. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase of services within 14 days of ordering, in accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws, unless the service has already begun or been fully delivered with your express consent.

12. Medical Disclaimer

SAHA’s content is for educational and fitness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have health concerns or pre-existing conditions. 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

SAHA is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from use of its services or training programs. Customers use the services at their own risk. SAHA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

 

14. Service Responsibility and Interruptions

Customers are responsible for their own sports and accident insurance coverage when using SAHA’s services, whether remotely or in person, as SAHA does not provide insurance for injuries or accidents. All training and service use is at the customer’s own risk, based on the information they provide. 

SAHA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, health issues, or losses resulting from the use of its services, nor for service interruptions caused by technical issues, force majeure events, or coach unavailability. While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee that all services will meet individual expectations or function across all devices and environments. 

SAHA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case customers will be refunded or offered an alternative according to the event-specific terms. In cases of inappropriate or disruptive behavior, SAHA may remove the customer from services without a refund. 

Additionally, SAHA reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time and to update these Terms of Use, with continued use indicating acceptance of the revised terms. 

 

15. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All materials available on the SAHA platform or application—including videos, training plans, graphics, written content, and other materials —are the property of SAHA Tech Oy and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or use beyond personal purposes without prior written permission from SAHA is strictly prohibited. 

By using the service, you agree not to misuse it in any way. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform, sharing harmful, offensive, or harassing content, and violating the intellectual property rights of SAHA or others. SAHA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the service if you are found to be in breach of these terms. 

SAHA may record or capture photo and video material during services, and we retain full rights to use such material for service development, promotional purposes, and marketing, unless otherwise agreed. 

 

16. Collected Information and Data Protection

To use SAHA’s services, customers must provide information needed to deliver the service (e.g., personal details for training plan creation). Personal data is stored in SAHA’s systems and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Customers can review and update their data via the website. Keeping this information up to date is essential for proper service delivery. 

Customers can opt in to receive marketing communications, which can be opted out of at any time. Transactional and service-related communications are not considered marketing messages.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be resolved primarily in the District Court of Helsinki, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation. Consumers also have the right to bring disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. 

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
