app work?

1. Create your profile

Everything starts with an initial assessment, where we get to know you better—your goals, training equipment, background, schedule, and what other activities or commitments you have during the week.

2. Start training

Within the first workout, we assess your current level, see your strength and weaknesses and create your tailor-made programming. Based on your training and data, we select the most suitable exercises for you from over thousand different exercises.

3. Get better, get feedback

An easy-to-use app designed for your everyday life and workouts where your coaching adapts weekly based on your schedule, progress, and goals. Your personal coach always in your pocket.

SAHA is a coaching app and service where you receive hyper personalized training in your chosen sport from world class coaches.

Your coach is always in charge of your program. We use AI behind the scenes to crunch the data and keep your coach fully up to date on your progress.

Your training is coach-built. Every plan and exercise comes from elite coaches in your sport. Real humans track your progress—and real coaches answer your questions in chat.

Training programs and your coaching plan are created based on all the information you provide.

When you start, we walk you through your background information, weekly schedule, and anything else that impacts your training—your sport and total workload shape every plan.

As your training progresses, we adjust your plans weekly based on your workout data. We use hundreds of data points to fine-tune your programs.

Training plans are updated weekly. You can reschedule workouts during the week as needed.

With the Pro subscription, training plans can be updated daily if needed.

You can access strength and conditioning, sport-specific skills coaching, and rehabilitative programs led by physiotherapists.

Strength training and rehab are available for dozens of different team and individual sports.

Sport-specific coaching is currently available for basketball and running.

SAHA’s coaching programs are tailored to each user’s goals and skill level—whether you're a professional or a beginner, regardless of age. Anyone who wants to improve in their sport can join SAHA coaching.

You can pay for coaching sessions in our online store using a variety of secure and reliable payment methods. The most common online banking, card, and mobile payment options are available. All payments are processed via Stripe.

We accept the most common employee sports benefits, such as Smartum, ePassi, and Edenred (in Finland). If you use a different provider, feel free to contact us for more information.

The app can be downloaded for free from your phone’s app store, but registration takes place through a subscription on our website. You’ll need login credentials to access the app and an active subscription to view the coaching content. You’ll receive your login details when you make your first subscription.
